Pinguin Winter Performance is a gas canister designed for moments when temperatures drop and a standard backpacking gas mix may no longer deliver optimal performance. The four-season gas mix of propane – butane – isobutane combines a high proportion of isobutane with propane and a low content of n-butane, which is the component that loses performance fastest in cold conditions. The result is more stable combustion at lower temperatures and more reliable cooking during winter trips, autumn treks and chilly mornings at the campsite. Recommended for use down to −15 °C.
Universal 230 g Size
The 230 g fill offers a practical balance between weight, packability and burn time. It is suitable for multi-day hiking, trekking, bikepacking and regular camping. Thanks to its optimized gas mix, it is a suitable choice wherever you want greater reliability than with a standard backpacking gas canister.
