When the top layer of the valve is opened, the mattress can be easily inflated thanks to the non-return flap without losing pressure. Thanks to its ultralight construction, optimized mummy shape, and an R-value of 7, it offers an exceptional balance of thermal performance, comfort, and low weight.
Maximum Thermal Comfort with TRF Technology
Inside the sleeping pad, TRF (Thermo Reflective Foil) layers help reflect body heat back toward the user, reducing heat loss during the night. Combined with the integrated insulation layer, the pad achieves an R-value of 7, providing reliable year-round insulation even in cold-weather conditions.
Comfortable 9 cm Thickness
Despite its remarkably low weight, the Trion R7 features a 9 cm thick air-cushioned construction. It effectively smooths out uneven terrain and separates the body from the ground, contributing to a comfortable night's sleep and better recovery during multi-day adventures.
Mummy Shape for Weight Savings
The tapered mummy shape helps minimize material usage and reduces the amount of air required for inflation. The pad narrows to just 44 cm at the foot end, contributing to its low overall weight while maintaining excellent sleeping comfort.

Both the top and bottom layers are made from 20D Nylon RipStop TPU. The RipStop structure helps prevent small tears or punctures from spreading, while the TPU lamination ensures airtightness and long-term durability. Practical DLF Valve
The sleeping pad features a flat dual-layer DLF valve with a one-way check valve.
When the upper valve cap is opened, the pad can be inflated easily without air escaping back out. By gently pressing the check valve, the internal pressure can be adjusted continuously to achieve the desired level of firmness. Opening the second valve layer fully opens the valve, allowing the pad to be quickly deflated and packed away.
