Lamination, i.e. welding the fabric to the TPU film, eliminates the possibility of uneven and therefore insufficient application of the TPU layer as is the case with the coating. This ensures the reliability of the mattress and its long-lasting durability.
Flat two-layer valve with check valve for easier inflation/deflation and pressure regulation in the mattress.
When the top layer of the valve is opened, the mattress can be easily inflated thanks to the non-return flap without losing pressure. By pushing the flap, the pressure in the mattress can be gently regulated. When the second layer is opened, the valve is fully open and the mattress can be easily deflated.

Rectangular shaped inflatable mattress.
55cm width along the entire length of the mattress and 5cm height after inflation ensure full comfort.
Thanks to uniform welding, the chambers do not form tubes, which further increases the user's comfort.
The 40D ripstop treated nylon fabric ensures high durability.
The mattress is equipped with a dual flat valve, compatible with the inflatable Air bag.
