Used materials
To prevent air leakage through the top fabric of the mattress, an impermeable membrane is laminated to the polyester fabric. Laminating a continuous membrane instead of applying a coating eliminates the possibility of applying an uneven layer of coating, which could lead to the weakening of some parts and subsequent air leakage.

Horn 20 Long
The Horn series is designed with an emphasis on simplicity and low price while maintaining high quality and resistance.
The horn uses full polyurethane foam without molding and perforation and has a standard rectangular shape, in this case extended by 14cm compared to the standard Horn.
The upper material is equipped with a RipStop treatment in the shape of a diamond, which prevents further rippling of the material in the event of a defect.
The valves are made of nylon, which makes them very durable and excellently tight due to partial elasticity. When they are pressed, the valve closes, so there is enough time to screw it in and make a complete seal.

Foam
The core of every self-inflating mattress is the inner foam. Pinguin mattresses are filled with Polyurethane foam, the open pores of which retain air and thus give it excellent insulating properties. The foam has a very good shape memory, which contributes to its quick inflation and does not sag even after years of frequent use.
