Nylon 6.6 (Polyamide 6.6) is used wherever very high mechanical strength, flexibility, stiffness, good heat stability and chemical resistance are required.
It is used in fibers for durable technical textiles, heavy duty carpets and molded parts (eg gears).
In the textile industry, fibers are sold under different brands, such as Nilit or Cordura for luggage, but are also used in the automotive industry (airbag), workwear or under the brand carpet fibers (eg under the Ultron brand).
The basic raw material for the manufacture of Nifco staples is Polyoxymethylene (POM). It is also known as polyacetal or acetal. It is a thermoplastic polymer used to produce precision parts. It is characterized by high stiffness, high wear resistance, heat resistance, elasticity, is tasteless and odorless, has a very low coefficient of friction. It is dimensionally stable even in damp, easy to machine.

Two compartments to separate gear according to its frequency of use, both compartments can be joined into one by opening the partition. Mesh zippered pocket on the inside of the lid for valuables with a carabiner for keys. Central compression strap under the lid. The easily detachable, spacious lid of the pack can be used as a hip or shoulder bag. The zip of the lower compartment is secured by a separate strap with a buckle. An outer zippered pocket on the lid is ideal for storing readily accessible equipment (e.g. first aid kit) and food.

Back system, shoulder straps, load lifters and chest strap
The comfortable, stitched Adjustable Back System with padding covered in breathable fabric ensures effective ventilation for the back while maintaining ideal load distribution, enabling you to adjust the back height to an exact fit. The back panel of the pack is reinforced with a removable HDPE plate with integrated duralumin bracing, which helps distribute the weight of the load on the back and eliminates the pressure of transported items on the back. Sturdy shoulder straps with reinforced padding to ensure comfort even when carrying heavy loads. Load lifters at the top of the shoulder straps and on the sides of the hip belt ensure the pack sits in the perfect position on your back and stop it moving when walking. Height adjustable and detachable chest strap with a whistle for emergencies. The detachable hip belt helps distribute the load between the hips and the back.
