How to Choose a Gas Canister
When selecting a gas canister, consider the length of your trip, the number of people you are cooking for and the type of stove you use.
Most Pinguin stoves are designed to work with EN417 threaded canisters, offering a secure connection and broad compatibility. We also offer bayonet canisters, which can be used with EN417-compatible stoves when combined with a suitable adapter.

Fuel consumption depends not only on canister size, but also on temperature, wind conditions, stove performance and cooking style. For greater efficiency, we recommend using a windscreen or an integrated cooking system with a heat exchanger.
